Tenant help & reporting
For residents of CETRA (Cedars Estate) and Cowley RMO properties. Report a heating fault or change your gas safety inspection appointment — takes about 2 minutes.
Safety check first
Before anything else, we need to rule out a gas emergency.
Can you smell gas, or is a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm sounding?
What do you need?

This is a gas emergency
Stop — do this now, before reporting anything to us.
Call 0800 111 999 National Gas Emergency Service — free, 24 hours- Open all doors and windows to ventilate the property.
- Turn off the gas at the meter (emergency control valve) if you can reach it safely. Do not enter a cellar or basement to do this.
- Put out naked flames. Do not smoke.
- Do not touch electrical switches — don't turn anything on or off.
- Make the call from outside the property or from a neighbour's home.
Once you have called 0800 111 999 and you are safe, you can still let us know — we'll arrange any follow-up repair after the emergency engineer has made the property safe.

Inspections run Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Weekends aren't available.
Quick boiler check
Have a look at the boiler if it's safe and easy to do — this often tells us exactly what part to bring.
Over 65, children under 5, or a medical condition affected by the cold — this helps us prioritise.
